  • Provides omega 3 fatty acids, EPA, DHA

  • It lowers inflammation, improves lipid profile. Many other benefits

VITAMIN D3

  • 4,000 IU per day

  • It is hard to get adequate amounts of D3 through diet and sun exposure alone. D3 plays an important role in our immune system and general health
